We use Media Mail with the US Postal Service. This is the lowest cost shipping available, and it allows us to pass more savings on to you. We will most likely offer a variety shipping options very soon though, because media mail is slower than you may be accustomed to and does not include tracking of any kind.
Please note most orders take 2-5 business days to process before actually leaving our warehouse. If we do not have an item in stock, a refund will be issued. We will automatically send a shipping notification before your order actually leaves our warehouse, as this message is created as the shipping label is created.
If there are any issues with the product(s) you order, including damage or other unforeseen problems, please contact us directly at: email@example.com. We do not otherwise permit returns on open products. If the item(s) is/are unopened and you wish to return it/them, we will issue a full refund within 15 days of receipt, but you will be responsible for return shipping expenses. The refund will be processed upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the item(s) in question.
